So you decided to read on, which means you care enough to know more about who I am.  Buckle up because I am a little strange so it might be a crazy read!

It was June 24th, 1999 when I was brought into this beautiful world.. just kidding, I won't make this a boring read for you! 

I legit was born June 24th, 1999 though, which makes me almost 20 years old! When I was five years-old, my dad was called to plant a church so we packed up our bags in Winnebago, Minnesota and moved to Granite Falls, Minnesota and this sweet old town is where I claim my stomping grounds to be. I bet you didn't guess what I am about to tell you when you were observing my picture, but I was homeschooled until ninth grade when I went to the public school.  That's right, homeschooled, but my siblings and I were not the stereotypical, socially awkward, hard to talk to homeschooled kids.  We were the bomb.com, if I do say so myself.  In all seriousness, being home schooled was one of the greatest things for three main reasons.  One, I grew up way closer with my siblings and parents.  Two, I really think I am more confident in who I am and my beliefs because I did not have my peers tearing me down constantly like some kids in their vulnerable years. Three, I got to sleep in some days, do school in my pjs, and get my school done in just three hours.  It was the high life.

Anyway, enough about my childhood.  Who I am today is someone original, just like you! I could be classified as a sister, daughter, student, teammate, and probably a lot of other adjectives, but who I really am lies in the heart of Jesus.  I am a disciple, which means "little Jesus" if you didn't know!  Now, I'm obviously not a little Jesus, not even close! Disciple is just a word that Jesus calls his followers, and I am one of those cool people.  My identity is solely based on Jesus.  I adore him... I mean how could you not!?  He is the man that turned water into wine, befriended the outcasts and diseased people everyone else hated, fed thousands with just a loaf of bread, and lastly died on a cross so you and I could live FOREVER! Legit? I think so!

I love my family and friends so so so much! I would literally do anything for these people.  Well, let's face it.  I pretty much love everyone, even strangers, and find joy in helping others out, so if you need anything, just let me know (seriously, if you do, click here!).  I love playing basketball, running, taking pictures, going on hikes, reading, and sometimes I even like just a good old movie.

This is just a little bit about me.  I hope I seem cool to you, and you enjoy the rest of this website! Oh, almost forgot to tell you, but don't be afraid to be the person God made you to be.  A lot of the time the world tries to belittle us by narrowing down "cool"or acceptable characteristics, but those standards always change. I challenge you to be the person God designed you to be, because He is never changing. Can I get an amen? AMEN!
